Teaches the course exploring the business of Voice Over, how it differs from other areas of Entertainment, and introduces you to the basics of Voice Performance, Technique, and the variety of VO Genres. From Radio/TV Commercials and TV Show Narration, to Animation and other opportunities of VO.

We’ll discuss relevant styles, current trends, the path to your Demo, and how to solicit VO agents and get started in the business and, most importantly,

Using scripts from recently cast projects. The Workshop includes an overview of performance basics and playback, with feedback from an industry pro with over 25 years experience working in the Business.

BIO​

Robert Gunton is a renowned host, spokesperson, and voice actor, with an extensive career spanning over two decades. He has voiced hundreds of commercials for radio and TV, as well as a wide array of characters for video games and animated series.

Throughout his career, Robert has lent his distinctive voice to nearly 500 commercials, partnering with major brands such as Warner Brothers, BMW, Ford, the LA Clippers, and Sony Computer Entertainment.

In addition to his work in voice acting, Robert is the founder of a multi-award-winning agency specializing in marketing solutions for tech and manufacturing startups, as well as offering script-to-screen production services.
